CONTRIBUTIONS: $40/team registering before race day, $50/team registering on race day. Make checks payable to KSAC, INC.

INSURANCE: This event is NOT insured. Each participant is required to sign a waiver to be submitted at check in.

AWARDS & PRIZES: ALL TEAMS QUALIFY! PLEASE ATTEND THE AWARDS CEREMONY AT THE FINISH LINE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE RELAY TO RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE.

WAIVER AND ENTRY:

Each team member (and his or her parent if under 18 years of age) must sign the following waiver/entry after reading it:

“I understand there are risks associated with strenuous physical exertion and with this event, including but not limited to those caused by the terrain, weather, condition of the athlete, vehicles, other participants and lack of water, air or common sense. In consideration of the right to participate in the Miracle Mile Relay, I hereby assume all risks associated with this event of any kind which may hereafter befall me or to any other person as a result of my participation in this event. This waiver and release shall be binding on my heirs and assigns and shall run in favor of KSAC, INC., the city of San Diego and all other promoters, sponsors, officials, municipalities or any other entities or individuals in any way connected with this event though their liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on their part.”

WAIVER CAN BE LOCATED AT:

You may sign the waiver that is on the back of the Memorial Day Parade Flyer that was delivered to every house in Kensington Community or extra copies will be available the morning of the relay.  (Please arrive early if you are going to need to sign a waiver or make contribution on the morning of the race).
